However, in case of a pregnant woman, she should wear the rudraksha around her waist in order to have an easy delivery and a healthy child. Furthermore, if we wear the rudraksha without any worshipping rituals and chanting mantras, we won’t be able to get all the positive energy from it. Hence, it’s important to carry out all the compulsory religious steps before wearing this Rudraksha.
