How And Why Blogging Styles Are Different

In blogging, you have to adopt a writing style that is appropriate to the subject material. Some people post blogs daily, while some do that on a weekly basis. The frequency depends entirely on the discretion of the blog owner. However, professional writing is so different from blogs (there are professional blogs, maintained by corporate companies, and that is different), because the latter is often unpredictable and doesn’t necessarily need a professional style. You can blog about your baby’s growth and milestones or you can blog about your hobby and post appropriate images.

If you are trying to become a blogger, have a look at the different blogging styles and observe how different they are. To become a successful blogger your voice and your tone should sit in well with your readers, they must be able to connect to you.

Niche Blogger

You might very well be thinking about writing on a particular topic, so you can provide information to the readers. A blog that informs readers about the latest cameras and lenses in the market would be interesting to photography enthusiasts. Fashion freaks will religiously follow a blog about the latest fashion trends. You can choose your own topic of interest. Remember one thing though – provide value to readers, if you do that, they will certainly come back to your site.

Professional Blogging

You have to be bold and determined to make money out of your blog. Once you start earning steadily through your blog, you maintain a professional blog. You need to be imaginative, creative, authoritative and inspirational while writing professional blogs. Set your tone, and you set the future of your blog.

Insight Blogging

In all blogging styles, this is considered the most difficult one. You have to be original and creative to create an insight blog because you are expressing your own views about a particular topic/product/equipment. You have to be authoritative and have evidence to back your views.

Piggyback Blogger

This kind of writing can bring your blog to attention because you are writing about newsworthy items, voicing your opinions and then inviting the readers to jot down their opinions. You can get controversial and newsworthy items to bring in the buzz.

Response Blogging

When you are running a company, you are likely to face negative reviews. Maintaining a response blog would help you get over a crisis, because your readers will get accurate, first-hand information.

Techie Blogger

Not everyone can write a techinical blog, which is why they are so special and different. They write about technical stuff and explain them in layman terms so everyone can understand. They are spreading knowledge and they are eductaing their readers. They will always have a regular fan following. People in the IT, gaming sector generally do this kind of blogging.

DIY (Do It Yourself) Blogger

You can also call them the Life Improver Blogs because they aim to make people’s lives better by providing information to simply things in life, like changing the light bulb, painting your walls, doing home improvement and so on. Such blogs inform people about what they should do while faced with a crisis situation.
