You can prepare or buy high quality dark chocolate and dip it in strawberry to enjoy this tasty snack. It is an ideal snack to boost you during lazy/sleepy afternoons.

Dark chocolate

If you are not a particular fan of strawberries, then you can nibble on dark chocolates after lunch.  Dark chocolate lowers blood pressure, improves cognitive functions and acts as a mild stimulant. As dark chocolate is loaded with antioxidants, it will protect you from different kinds of cancers as well.
