Thailand is a veritable paradise filled with luscious beaches, crystal-clear turquoise waters and a magical climate to match. The following are a few of the most famous beaches in Thailand. They are known for their beauty, exciting activities and easily accessible nature.

Railay Beach

If you wish to do nothing but enjoy the natural landscape, Railay Beach is one place to be. But that doesn’t mean that the beach is drab place; if you feel a sudden burst of activity then you can indulge in rock climbing, kayaking and go on an excursions to enjoy the viewpoints. Since the beach has a rocky coastline, opportunities for sea kayaking are galore. If you are beginner in kayaking, no problem with that too. Phulay Bay

Right in the midst of lush jungles and scenic limestone karts, you can enjoy the rare comfort of peace and privacy. And if you are bored with relaxation, head over the elephant reserve to marvel at some of these giants. You can enjoy kayaking, rock climbing, elephant hiking and island hopping when you are staying at one of the resorts in this bay. There are helicopter tours so you can enjoy the beauty of the place in its full totality.

Maya Bay

Miles of placid water on the Maya Bay soothes and calms your mind. Not only is this bay stunningly beautiful, but you can also enjoy looking at the cliffs on three sides. The stretch of sugary white sands and the presence of colorful corals and exotic fish add to the dramatic feel of the bay. The time to visit the bay is from November to April. Snorkeling is the most favorite activity of tourists in this destination. Of course, kayaking too.

Phra Nang Beach

Phra Nang is the perhaps the busiest beach in Thailand. It is a very beautiful beach where you can enjoy a whole weekend without getting bored. You can also see the dramatic limestone caves that line the beach and enjoy some serious rock climbing adventures.

Koh Lipe

The National Geographic in its “Travelers” magazine has named Koh Lipe as the perfect beach. Two of the most important beaches in Thailand are the Sunrise and Pattaya. Kata Beach
